By bank transfer, straight into your own account, using their order number as the narration. You confirm the payment in your admin. Vendstruct never holds your money.

You quote the delivery fee per address, so the customer sees the exact total before they pay. Assign each order to a rider, follow every step, and confirm the handover with the customer's six-digit code.

Yes, for as long as the current offer runs. There is no card to add and no trial clock. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan, and if the offer ends, your billing page shows Basic at its usual ₦6,500 a month before you pay anything.

By card or bank transfer through Paystack, in naira. Where card payment is not set up, we raise an invoice you settle by transfer and activate your plan once it lands.

Yes. Any change raises an invoice for the plan you are moving to and starts a fresh period once it is paid. Moving down warns you first if your catalogue or your team is above what the smaller plan covers.

No. Customers pay you directly. The bank details at your checkout are yours, not ours, and Vendstruct only ever charges the subscription.

Your storefront stays up and your catalogue is never deleted. The store falls back to Basic allowances and your billing page tells you plainly what is owed, so you can pick it back up whenever you are ready.

Completely. Every product, order, customer and image belongs to exactly one store, and every query is scoped to it. Even your shoppers' accounts are yours alone.
