Questions people ask
- How long does the 30% discount last?
- For as long as the offer runs. The price shown when you choose a plan is the price on that invoice, and a period you have already paid for keeps its price until it ends.
- Is Basic really free?
- Yes, for as long as the current offer runs. There is no card to add and no trial clock. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan, and if the offer ends, your billing page shows Basic at its usual ₦6,500 a month before you pay anything.
- How do I pay?
- By card or bank transfer through Paystack, in naira. Where card payment is not set up, we raise an invoice you settle by transfer and activate your plan once it lands.
- Can I change plan mid cycle?
- Yes. Any change raises an invoice for the plan you are moving to and starts a fresh period once it is paid. Moving down warns you first if your catalogue or your team is above what the smaller plan covers.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Customers pay you directly. The bank details at your checkout are yours, not ours, and Vendstruct only ever charges the subscription.
- What if I stop paying?
- Your storefront stays up and your catalogue is never deleted. The store falls back to Basic allowances and your billing page tells you plainly what is owed, so you can pick it back up whenever you are ready.
- Is my data separate from other stores?
- Completely. Every product, order, customer and image belongs to exactly one store, and every query is scoped to it. Even your shoppers' accounts are yours alone.
