From sign up to your first order, the same day.
Four steps to open your store, then a simple flow for every order that comes in.
Open your store in four steps.
Most businesses are taking their first order the same evening they sign up.
- 1
Create your account
Name, email, password. Confirm the link we send you and you are in.
One account can own several stores and work in others, each with its own role.
- 2
Describe your business
Your name becomes your address, kemi.vendstruct.com, and you pick your logo, colours and font as you go.
Add your bank details, WhatsApp number and delivery areas, and your storefront fills itself in.
- 3
Add what you sell
Products, prices, stock and photos. Your shop is open the moment you publish the first one.
Group products into categories, mark favourites as featured, and add a 'was' price to show a sale.
- 4
Bring your team in
Invite staff by email and give each of them the role that fits. Change or revoke it any time.
Riders get their own logistics role, and see only the deliveries assigned to them.
How every order flows.
One order, from both sides of the counter.
Your customer
- 1Finds your store at its own address, or from a link you shared on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- 2Searches, browses your categories and adds what they need to the cart.
- 3Checks out with their name, phone and delivery address.
- 4Pays by bank transfer to your account, with their order number as the narration.
- 5Tracks the order and gives the rider their six-digit code when it arrives.
You and your team
- 1Get the order by email the moment it is placed, and see it in your admin.
- 2Quote delivery for that address, so the customer sees the exact total before paying.
- 3Confirm the transfer when it lands and start packing.
- 4Assign a rider, who sees only their own deliveries and records each step.
- 5Mark it delivered against the customer's code, with the whole trail kept in your audit log.
No commission, ever.
Your customers pay you directly, into your own bank account. Vendstruct only charges the subscription, and every plan is free for the first 14 days.
